Your path to a project with STADS

Initial consultation: Your inquiry is followed by a comprehensive and personal initial meeting. During this meeting, we work with you to determine the framework conditions and processes for joint project work.

Erstgespräch: Nach Ihrer Anfrage folgt ein umfassendes und persönliches Erstgespräch. In diesem bestimmen wir mit Ihnen die Rahmenbedingungen und Abläufe einer gemeinsamen Projektarbeit.

Projektbesetzung: Nach dem Erstgespräch wird das Projekt vereinsintern ausgeschrieben und alle aktiven STADS-Mitglieder können sich darauf bewerben. Gemeinsam mit dem Vorstand stellt der Projektleiter ein individuelles Team aus Studierenden mit den entsprechenden projektspezifischen Kompetenzen zusammen.

Projekt Kick-Off: Sie lernen das gesamte Projektteam kennen und es werden weitere Projektdetails besprochen. Gemäß Ihren Anforderungen und Wünschen erarbeiten wir Ihnen ein individuelles Angebot.

Realisierung: Im Zuge der Projektdurchführung arbeiten wir in engem Kontakt mit Ihnen zusammen und gewährleisten durch regelmäßige Statusberichte eine transparente Realisierung. Ein erfahrener Projektcoach überwacht den gesamten Ablauf und stellt die Qualität des Projektergebnisses sicher.

Projektabschluss: Im Anschluss einer erfolgreichen Projektrealisierung stellen wir Ihnen unsere Ergebnisse in Form einer Abschlusspräsentation vor. Anschließend übermitteln wir Ihnen alle wichtigen Dokumente und Softwarelösungen.

Project staffing: After the initial interview, the project is advertised within the association and all active STADS members can apply for it. Together with the Executive Board, the project manager puts together an individual team of students with the relevant project-specific skills.

Project kick-off: You get to know the entire project team and further project details are discussed. We will prepare a customized offer based on your requirements and wishes.

Implementation: We work closely with you during project implementation and ensure transparent implementation through regular status reports. An experienced project coach monitors the entire process and ensures the quality of the project result.

Project completion: Following successful project implementation, we present our results to you in the form of a final presentation. We then send you all the important documents and software solutions.
